Terms of Service

pinnd provides visual feedback and annotation tools that help teams collect comments, voice notes, colour references, font references and other project feedback directly on creative work.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of pinnd, including our website, web application, paid plans, trials and related services.

By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing to a paid plan, accessing a shared review link or otherwise using pinnd, you agree to these terms.

If you are using pinnd on behalf of a business, agency, client or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Paid plans, upgrades, renewals and payment details are processed by Stripe or another payment processor we may use from time to time. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

By choosing a paid plan, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, taxes and any other applicable charges at the billing frequency shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You can cancel through your account billing area where available, or by contacting us at hello@pinnd.it.

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge. We may suspend, restrict or cancel access to paid features if invoices remain unpaid.

Prices may change in the future. Where required, we will give reasonable notice before changes affect an existing paid subscription.

If we offer a free trial, the trial length and any conversion terms will be shown when you sign up. Unless stated otherwise, paid access begins when the trial ends and a valid payment method is charged.

You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.

Refunds are considered at our discretion unless consumer law or another applicable law requires otherwise. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@pinnd.it.

You retain ownership of the files, comments, annotations, voice notes, screenshots, project information and other content you upload or create in pinnd.

You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display and back up that content solely so we can provide, secure, maintain and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, share and process any content or personal data through pinnd.

You must not use pinnd to upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, malicious or security-compromising material.

You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass limits, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, scrape at scale, or use pinnd to send spam or unauthorised communications.

We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms, the law or the rights of others have been breached.

pinnd may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Stripe for payments and infrastructure providers used to host and operate the service.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

We aim to keep pinnd reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access.

We may update, add, remove or change features as the product evolves. We will try to avoid materially reducing paid functionality without notice where practical.

pinnd, including its software, interface, branding, designs and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer ownership of pinnd to you. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pinnd is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You may stop using pinnd at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or fail to pay applicable fees.

After termination, we may retain or delete account content in accordance with our Privacy Policy, legal obligations and operational backup practices.

We may update these terms as the service, our business or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders where practical.
